TinyQR Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TinyQR mobile application ("App") or accessing the https://tinyqr.app website ("Site"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use TinyQR.

2. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TinyQR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal or commercial QR code creation and scanning purposes.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App to generate QR codes containing malicious URLs, phishing scams, malware, or illegal material.
• Distribute modified or unauthorized versions of the App.

3. Static QR Code Generation & Content Responsibility

TinyQR generates permanent static QR codes. The encoded data (e.g. website URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, vCard contact information, social links) is embedded directly into the generated image pixels.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information you encode into your QR codes prior to printing or distributing them. TinyQR cannot alter or redirect static QR codes once they have been generated or printed.

4. In-App Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchases (TinyQR Pro)

TinyQR offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases ("TinyQR Pro") that unlock premium designer templates, custom center logo embedding, custom finder eye shapes, ad-free studio mode, and 2K HD print exports.

• Billing: Payments are processed and charged directly to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Account (Google Play) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Lifetime Purchase: If you select the one-time "Lifetime Pro" option, you receive permanent, lifetime access to all TinyQR Pro features without recurring subscription fees or renewal obligations.
• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Periodic subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Restoring Purchases: You can restore previously purchased subscriptions or lifetime access on any supported device linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account using the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of any custom logos, images, text, and data you upload into TinyQR, as well as the rights to the QR codes you generate.

App Content: The TinyQR brand, software code, UI designs, templates, artwork, icons, and trademarks are the exclusive property of TinyQR Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TINYQR, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.

8. Standard Apple & Google EULA Incorporation

To the extent not superseded by these Terms, your use of the iOS application is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), and your use of the Android application is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
